BUTUAN CITY – The Policy Development and Planning Bureau of DSWD Central Office has conducted nationwide orientations on the Department’s Major Final Output Reporting and Management System or DMFORMS to field offices.

In the Caraga region, the orientation happened in October 2011 in one of Butuan’s hotels. The orientation provided the focal persons of different programs, unit heads and centers the knowledge on how these forms are filled out, corrected and retrieved.

Aside from  the lecture of Ms. Alma Infante, Planning and Monitoring Division Chief, Policy Development and Planning Bureau, the orientation also included hands-on presentation of the encoding of data from the system, presentation of retrieval of data from the system facilitated by Mr. Bongabong of Central Office and drawing out of issues and concerns, facilitated again by Ms. Infante.
