BUTUAN CITY – Assistant Secretary Camilo G. Gudmalin visited the municipality of Pilar, Surigao del Norte  and met the beneficiaries of DSWD’s KALAHI-CIDSS, Pantawid  Pamilya and SEA-K programs. The DSWD Assistant Secretary for Visayas and Mindanao and Deputy Project Director of KALAHI-CIDSS came to Pilar on July 28-29, 2012 to turn-over four sub-projects carried out through the KALAHI-CIDSS/Makamasang Tugon project. These sub-projects included a sea wall of barangays Punta and Pilaring; 110  polyethylene tank rain water harvesting facility of barangay Katipunan; a drainage canal of barangay Mabuhay and a health station of barangay Salvacion. ### (Social Marketing Unit)
