Surigao del Sur governor Johnny T. Pimentel recently graced the turn-over ceremony of five sub-projects of the anti-poverty program Kalahi-CIDSS in the municipality of Cagwait. Pimentel (center) is flanked by members of his party together with officials from both the municipal and barangay local government units and staffs of the Department of Social Welfare and Development Caraga. The second cycle implementation of Kalahi-CIDSS in the municipality produced five sub-projects, namely: a 466-linear meter drainage canal with two-unit box culvert in Brgy. Aras-asan, a 496-linear meter drainage canal in Brgy. Tubo-tubo, a 645-linear meter drainage canal in Brgy. Poblacion, a 66-linear meter shore protection in Brgy. Unidad, and a level 2, gravity-driven water system in Brgy. Lactudan. ### (Social Marketing Unit)
