BUTUAN CITY– The National Household Targeting System for Poverty Reduction (NHTSPR) of the Department of Social Welfare and Development Caraga Region conducted an orientation on the Regional Profile of the poor to the presidents of sectoral groups, ABSNET cluster presidents and the staff of DSWD Caraga on February 25, 2013 at the DSWD Conference Hall.

DSWD regional director Minda B. Brigoli proudly presented that NHTS-PR has provided data about the poor in Caraga that are “Sigurado, Kumpleto, Totoo.”

The orientation also served as a tool to strengthen the partnership with these sectoral groups in implementing the various social protection programs of the Department.

Moreover, the regional field coordinator, Therese Margarette C. Babanto, discussed the content of the profile like the data on older persons, children, youth, women and persons with disability in this region. ### (Social Marketing Unit)
