Butuan City- Pantawid beneficiary Luisar Caṅete of Brgy.Avilan, Buenavista, Agusan del Norte acted as resource person during the Field Office Technical Sharing Session on February 21, 2014 at the Regional Learning Resource Center (RLRC) of DSWD FO Caraga.

The activity was participated by 25 Field Office staff from different units and programs of the department.

As make-up artist, he shared his expertise in the field of beauty as part of the Personality Development topic on Grooming. He demonstrated how to apply make-up and other cosmetics and proper hairstyles appropriate in an office setting. He also shared tips on how to look and feel good of one self especially that DSWD staff are dealing with different clients from all walks of life.

Regional Director, Minda B. Brigoli, directed the monthly conduct of activities for the full operationalization of the RLRC through the Capacity Building Unit (CBU).

The Technical Sharing Session is conducted every month with various topics that will help enhance the personality development of its staff. The CBU planned to institutionalize the former. ###(Maria Teresa I. Ole/CBU)
