“Working with Listahanan is very challenging, I know it is not an easy job because somehow ‘buwis-buhay’ that you may encounter in the field but I know in my own little way I can help those who are in need. I love working in NHTS,” Harold testified.

Harold Celestial, is a committed field staff worker hired by Listahanan. He started as enumerator and now an Area Supervisor in this special validation.

The three (3) day training was led by the Assistant Regional Director for Administration and Deputy Regional Project Manager of Listahanan, Nerisa T. Murih.

“Commitment to the work and work by heart is the main key that I want you to possess in this kind of job. Though it is only a short-term engagement with us but you contribute a big part in this project. It is in your hands to change the lives of other people who really are the potential beneficiaries of our programs,” Murih said.

“I hope you will be honest when you will be deployed in the field because DSWD values our elderly Filipinos and those families who need special protection to be included in our Listahanan database,” Murih added.

Listahanan is the database of poor families which implemented and managed by DSWD. ### Social Marketing Unit/Maria Cecilia N. Sosas
