Media partners from Surigao City conducted on September 19, 2014 a firsthand use of the Social Welfare Indicator (SWI) tool to assess the level of well-being of a Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program beneficiary in Brgy. Taft. This interview is part of the Surigao del Norte Stakeholders’ Learning Visit which is purposed to aware the partners about the interventions made by DSWD in implementing the Pantawid program and also to expose them to the beneficiaries who will testify themselves about the help of the program to their families.
