Provincial representatives of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program Huwarang Pamilya share on September 28, 2014 at Capitol Gymnasium, Butuan City their testimonials about the help of the Pantawid program in their lives. This sharing of positive change was done during the celebration of the Pantawid Pamilya National Family Day and Convergence Caravan, with the theme “Pamilyang Pilipino Para sa Pagbabago: Tumatawid sa Kaunlaran”.
