DSWD Caraga Regional Director Minda B. Brigoli hands - over the check worth 1.4 million to the Sibog Katawhan alang sa Paglambo Inc. (SIKAP) Chairman, Mr. Gil C. Gilot. The first tranche check turn – over is for the operational cost of Modified Conditional Cash Transfer for Indigenous People (MCCT IP) program implementation for August to December 2014 engagement covering four provinces of Caraga namely: Surigao Del Norte, Surigao del Sur, Agusan del Norte, and Agusan del Sur.
