DSWD Caraga Regional Director Minda B. Brigoli, CESO III shares knowledge on stress management to SLP staff during the training on stress management and positive work ethics on December 15-16, 2014 at Mazaua Island Resort in Butuan City.

Butuan City– The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Caraga holds stress management and positive work ethics training for Sustainable Livelihood Program (SLP) staff today, December 15 to 16, 2014 at Mazaua Island Resort, J.P. Rosales Avenue, Butuan City.

The said activity aims to equip with knowledge, skills and attitude in managing stress and practice SLP’s staff to become effective and efficient community facilitators and implementers.

“This training is necessary to build character, integrity, and responsibility to the community, workers, peers, and family being the primary front liners of this agency, the DSWD and advocates of social welfare,” Regional Director Minda B. Brigoli, CESO III shared.

“This training emphasizes further skills and abilities for adaptive and positive behaviour that enable individuals to deal effectively and be resilient with the demands and challenges of everyday work,” Brigoli added.

A total of 86 Project Development Officers (PDO) across the region attended the event.
