Community volunteers in Brgy.Bagacay, Del Carmen, Surigao del Norte are all smiles with their completed pre-school building sub-project to which they primed the implementation utilizing the grant provided by the Government of Australia Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade  (GOA DFAT), one of the modalities handled by the Kapit-Bisig Laban sa Kahirapan- Comprehensive and Integrated Delivery of Social Services (Kalahi-CIDSS) program of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD). Majority of the community volunteers are Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program partner-beneficiaries and are mothers who desire to provide a learning-conducive classroom for their children.
