Cresencia C. Tiseo of Brgy. San Pablo, Tubod, Surigao del Norte still has it at 64. She is one of the many women of Kalahi-CIDSS who are paid laborers working on their community sub-project. Cresencia is very active in building their river slope protection sub-project; seen here providing information to the project foreman regarding the utilized materials for the day. Kalahi-CIDSS ensures equal opportunities for men and women in paid labor, and age is never a problem, as long as they are capable of getting the job done.
