“Utang ko sa Pantawid Pamilya ang bagong ako. Ako ngayon ay mas aktibo sa mga gawaing panlipunan at naging mas responsableng ilaw ng tahanan (I owe the new me to Pantawid Pamilya. I am now better than before because I am more involved to community activities and has become a better mother to my children),” shares Leah Rebuta.
Rebuta, Pantawid Pamilya parent leader from Butuan City gladly shares her story of success to the listening public of the Bombo Radyo Philippines Butuan during the interview with Anchorman Bombo Ben Barasan last March 13, 2016. Accompanied by Eunice Montaos, Regional Information Officer for Field Office Caraga and Ryan Malbas Tapayan, Information Officer for Pantawid Pamilya, the focus of the discussion dwells on the Election-Related campaign launched by DSWD called Tuloy Ang Pagbabago. This campaign was previously called Bawal Ang Epal Dito Campaign (BAED Campaign), and then changed to Pagbabagong Nasimulan Tuloy sa Tuwid na Daan Campaign (PANALO Campaign) to now, Tuloy ang Pagbabago. It aims to amplify the message that Pantawid Pamilya is the only agency in authority that can delist household partner-beneficiaries who are not compliant to the conditions asked by the program.
Rebuta also headed the Regional Launching of the Tuloy ang Pagbabago Campaign in the region last February 12, 2016 during the 4th SLP Annual Congress held at Almont Inland Resort in Butuan City.
Rebuta is just one of the 188,499 active partner-beneficiaries of the program in the region who campaign for the #TuloyAngPagbabago and have experienced the positive change brought about by the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program.
