“My gold medal symbolizes knowledge and success. This is the most precious gift I can give to my family to pay their untiring efforts and sacrifices. This gold medal also serves a dedication to pursue my dreams in life and become a living testimony on how Pantawid Pamilya has helped aspiring students like me reach my dreams in life,” said Moses Jethron C. Noguerra.
Moses, 12, is a minor grantee of Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program from Barangay Catangnan, General Luna, Surigao del Norte. He is the class valedictorian of Batch 2016 of General Luna Central Elementary School.
