The said association is a Civil Society Organization (CSO) which was created through the Uswag Farmers Association (UFA). Its members are poor households identified by Listahanan 1 database.

UFA is a Non-Government Organization which signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD)-Caraga to access the Listahanan 1 database led by Chairman Edilberto Bayot, their office is located at Taguibo, Butuan City. ###(ABEGAIL R.
