The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Supplementary Feeding Program (SFP) Mindanao Cluster held its 1st Semester meeting for 2023 on February 28-March 3, 2023 in Davao City.

SFP Management Bureau of the DSWD Central Office (CO) led the discussions of the updates on the 12th Cycle of the SFP, benchmarking on gaps, issues, and concerns to improve future implementations.

Field Office Caraga’s Time and Motion study —an initiative to identify challenges faced in the implementation of the Program’s Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Citizen’s Charter, was commended by the CO and encouraged other Field Offices to adopt the said initiative.

Moreover, SFP Caraga was lauded after presenting the Field Office’s initiative Project: We Care, which focuses on improving the nutritional status of children that remained undernourished after 120 feeding days.
