TUBAY, AGUSAN DEL NORTE- With the vision to help and improve the quality of the lives of the poor Tubaynons, the Local Government Unit of Tubay partnered with the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office Caraga in the implementation of their services through accessing the latest Listahanan 3 database.

On behalf of Regional Director Mari-Flor Dollaga, Regional Field Coordinator Adelito Mendoza, and Regional Information Technology Officer Raffy Pocon handed the electronic copy of Listahanan database stored in a customized USB to Tubay Mayor Jimmy Beray on May 26, 2023. Also present during the turn over were Municipal Social Welfare and Development Officer (MSWDO) Ma. Evelita Regis, MPDO Fausto Winston Dela Cena, Social Welfare Officer (SWO) I Winnie Rose Selades, and Agriculture Office Representative Nor Haneeh Razonabe.
The datasets requested by the LGU includes the housing condition of poor households; access to sanitary toilet facility and safe water source; education; labor and employment among others. The database will be used for the implementation of their social protection programs and other relevant programs that would uplift the lives of their constituents.
The Listahanan 3 database is the result of the household assessment in Caraga Region. Based on the latest Talaan ng Pamilyang Nangangailangan, a total of 2,987 households or 16,396 individuals were identified poor in Tubay, and mostly of them are residing in rural barangays.
