“I want to impart something personal and not just theories. We need to be critical thinkers. We allow ourselves to make logical and informed decisions to the best of our ability as Social Workers. We have the capacity to raise questions, because we have to be fair and sensitive in questioning. If we know how to raise a question, it is also tantamount that we know how to test our assumptions. We do not just grab what has been shared – if you have assumptions, test it, Dir. Dollaga said during her message to the participants.

The training is initiated by DSWD as part of its commitment to provide Technical Assistance to LSWDOs, in line with DSWD’s FY 2023 Thrusts and Priorities aiming to foster stakeholder engagement and collaboration, anchored on the Ambisyon Natin 2040.
