DSWD Caraga’s Social Welfare Officer II, Jayric Pallado, handed over hygiene kits, which are part of the non-food items provided to families affected by the fire incident in Barangay Tandang Sora.

Some 20 fire-affected families in Butuan City received food and non-food items (F/NFI) from the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office Caraga on January 21, 2025.

The fire incidents occurred on January 20, 2025, with the first one taking place around 4 PM in Barangay Tandang Sora, followed by another at approximately 8 PM in Barangay Bonbon. • 5 Family Food Packs (FFPs)
  • 1 Hygiene Kit
  • 1 Kitchen Kit
  • 1 Family Kit
