In a celebration of community spirit and volunteerism, the Barangay Local Government Unit (BLGU) of Barangay Batunan, in partnership with the Municipal Local Government Unit (MLGU) of Tagbina, Surigao del Sur, and the Kapit-Bisig Laban sa Kahirapan–Comprehensive and Integrated Delivery of Social Services (KALAHI-CIDSS) program, successfully held a Community Volunteers Night.
The event honored the invaluable contributions of local volunteers who actively participated in various community-driven development initiatives under the KALAHI-CIDSS program. The evening was filled with gratitude, celebration, and a renewed commitment to collective progress.
Representatives from the MLGU, BLGU officials, and KALAHI-CIDSS staff came together to express their appreciation for the dedication and hard work of the community volunteers, who have selflessly contributed their time and effort to sustainable development projects.
