MARIHATAG – Through its Sustainable Livelihood Program (SLP), the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office Caraga turned over livelihood assistance to five associations in conflict-vulnerable areas of Marihatag, Surigao del Sur on January 12.
