The Department of Social Welfare and Development, together with the Local Government Unit of Dapa, broke ground for the establishment of the Dapa Livelihood Center in Dapa, Surigao del Norte, on August 23, 2021. The Dapa Livelihood Center is a 1-story infrastructure project subsidized by the DSWD Field Office Caraga’s Sustainable Livelihood Program which will continue reading : DSWD Caraga, LGU Dapa break ground for livelihood center
